In case an item does not meet your expectations or you simply have changed your mind, you can request a return of your products up to 14 days after delivery. You can also request an exchange or a refund.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can request a return of your product within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you receive a damaged item, you can request a repair, replacement, or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Please note that made-to-order products, such as commissioned artwork and custom, made-to-order designer pieces, are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your item has been delivered, you can request a return by contacting your Customer Service Specialist at +34 912 XX XX XX.
Even if you decide to return your item, we want to ensure you get the best service possible.
Does the return have to be sent within 14 days of receipt? Or is it just the request that needs to be made within that period?
Only the return request must occur within 14 days of delivery. Once we are informed, you will be able to return your order safely.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
One of our Customer Service specialists will inform you how to proceed with your return once your request has been received.
You will receive return shipping documents with clear instructions.
If necessary, we can locate restorers on your behalf, communicate with artists, or arrange for your return shipment. Our team wants to make this process as easy as possible for you.
RETURNS ARE FREE:
We pay the return costs, so it is 100% free.
This includes repackaging, collection, shipping, customs, etc.
WHAT IS REFUNDED?
You will receive a full refund, including the price of your item and shipping charges.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCTS MADE TO ORDER?
No, made-to-order products are not eligible for returns. This includes commissioned artwork, custom designer furniture, and made-to-order furniture.
However, once the ordered piece is finished and ready to ship, you will be asked to give a final confirmation based on the photo of the ordered piece. As long as it hasn't shipped, you can still cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Once you confirm the order, it ships and is no longer eligible for a return or refund.
