SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

The safe delivery of your order is our priority. For each customer, we have a dedicated customer support team that can be contacted to help with the shipping and delivery process.

We use professional third-party logistics providers (3PLPs) to get your items to you in the safest way possible.

WHERE DOES ARTGALLERY NIKA DELIVER?

As an international company, we are proud to deliver our items all over the world.

HOW LONG DOES ARTGALLERY NIKA TAKE TO DELIVER MY ORDER?

  • We usually deliver orders within 7-10 days of purchase.

  • For made-to-order parts, production time must be added to regular lead time.

  • Delivery time may vary depending on the country of departure and destination country of the products purchased and whether a framing or stretching option has been added to your order.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • You can track your order with a tracking link that you will receive by email 2-3 days (on average) after your purchase.

  • As soon as it is available, you will also be able to find your tracking link on your page My orders.

  • As we work with third-party providers, this service may differ slightly from order to order. Some shipping companies may offer the ability to programsea at your convenience, although ARTGALLERY NIKA cannot guarantee it.

  • Please note that tracking information will be sent to you by our third-party delivery services.

HOW MUCH DOES MY SHIPPING COST?

The delivery price is already included in the price of the work.

  • Please note that our prices include:

    • Sure. Your order is 100% protected in case of any damage or loss.

    • All customs fees, all taxes and document preparation.

    • Third-party logistics provider shipping costs.

    • A dedicated ARTGALLERY NIKA customer service specialist who will help you with any questions or issues during shipping.

  • You can choose a White-Glove delivery option performed by art professionals. In this case additional costs apply.

TAXES AND CUSTOMS:

  • Taxes and customs fees are already included in the price of the work.

  • In some rare cases, the shipping company will ask you to pay customs import fees. If this is the case, please advance payment and share a receipt/bank statement with your customer service specialist. In this way, there will be no further delay and we will be able to refund you the full amount.

TYPES OF DELIVERY SERVICES:

You can choose between 3 shipping options:

  • Professional delivery at the door of your building

    Your order will be personally delivered to your building or to your doorstep by a trusted shipping company (DHL, FedEx, UPS). All products are carefully packaged by the artists following the ARTGALLERY NIKA guidelines.

  • White glove delivery

    An art professional will take care of its delivery. You can choose the day and time of your delivery and your item will be delivered to the room of your choice. The item will be unpacked and all packaging will be removed from your home.

  • White-Glove delivery and installation

    This option is the same as Premium Delivery, plus your art handler will install your artwork (hang it if it's a painting).

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

  • As we use third party delivery services, we recommend that you use the tracking link that you will receive via email within 2-3 days (on average) of your purchase.

  • You can also view the status of your order by clicking the tracking link on your page My orders.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR ARRIVES DAMAGED?

  • If there is a problem with your order, please contact your personal customer service specialist or contact us at +34 643 483 046.

  • Take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and the actual damage of the products. The more photos we have, the easier it will be for us to help you.

  • Your order is 100% insured. In case something is wrong with the product, it iseligible for a full refund unless you choose to have it repaired or replaced. In this case, we will arrange to repair or replace your item. All these options are free of any additional charges.

  • If you choose to receive a reembag, ARTGALLERY NIKA will cover all return costs.
