The painting explores the acceptance of both oneself and others. In this work, the young woman does not struggle against chaos; instead, she wraps it in a tender embrace, as if cradling something deeply personal and fragile. Yet, a lingering question remains: is she embracing her own inner world, or the universe of another?
The multicolored shapes remind us that, to those around us, we often appear as a collection of incomprehensible and fragmented details. And yet, it is precisely tenderness, love, and kindness that can unite these fragments into a coherent whole. The candy appears as a symbol of childlike sincerity and simple joy—a silent reminder that sweet embraces are, ultimately, stronger than chaos.
Sobre la Obra
La pintura habla de la aceptación de uno mismo y de los demás. En esta obra, la joven no lucha contra el caos, sino que lo envuelve con ternura en un abrazo, como si aceptara algo muy personal y frágil. Sin embargo, queda la pregunta: ¿abraza su mundo interior o el universo de otra persona? Las formas multicolores recuerdan que para quienes nos rodean a menudo parecemos un conjunto de detalles incomprensibles y fragmentados. Y aun así, es precisamente la ternura, el amor y la bondad lo que puede unir estos fragmentos en un todo. El caramelo es un símbolo de la sinceridad infantil y de la alegría sencilla. Es un recordatorio silencioso de que los dulces abrazos son más fuertes que el caos.
