In his work, the artist Ariel Elizondo transmits to the observer or viewer the essence of the materials and creates their forms with manual work, with ancient and ancestral techniques, and then transforms it into a work with contemporary signs.

In the workshop you will have the opportunity to establish a relationship and speak with the stone, through touch, gaze and your sensations. I will make you connect with that unique and individual creative world of each one and extrapolate it to reality, bring it down to earth and connect it with your self.

We will use about 12 types of stone, such as slate, quartzite, shale, basalt, alabaster, marble, phyllite, limestone, sandstone, marble, gneiss, porphyry, granite, among others... They will be 2x2cm and 3x3cm cubes with rounded edges and thinner stone strips to create your collage. We will use a

gray board as a base for the collage. And we will freely join the stones to create a single sculpture.

We will have the possibility of submerging ourselves in our own world, creating a reflection of our personality and way of understanding matter and art. You will take to your home your creation with the sign of Ariel Elizondo!
